Live Concert Portraits - Nam Music Moments
Since 2023, I am living in Windhoek, Namibia, where I try to catch the local talent from time to time in live concerts. The music scene here is small but engaging! I see a pretty tight circuit of the same musicians, and as a result I'm enjoying meeting them personally and feeling a new intimacy with the music. It's also fascinating to witness the cultural influence of different sounds and instruments.
In all of these instances, I'm never far from my notebook to capture what I can in the moment - the artists, their instruments, the vibe, and the attendees. Music lovers unite!
